In our manufacturing workshop in Les Geneveys-sur-Coffrane (NE), every tool is fully dismantled, inspected, and patiently brought back to life by hand. Components are cleaned, original parts are preserved wherever possible, and key wear elements, including the blade and spring (value up to CHF 35), are replaced to restore a perfect, precise cut.

 Before reassembly, each part is carefully lubricated to ensure smooth, effortless performance, true and satisfying, just like the first cut.

 Choosing to service rather than replace is a conscious act of sustainable consumption. It reduces waste, extends the life of a precision tool, and preserves the bond between you and your FELCO.

A single flat fee includes labor and parts, with optional return shipping available for CHF 8.

You can bring your FELCO secateur directly to our shop, located at our manufacture in Switzerland. This allows your tool to be handled and serviced at its source, by the same experts who design and produce it.
